Shipping & Delivery

Confirmed orders dispatch within 2-3 working days and once the order is shipped, it takes another 2-3 days to delivery.

1. Free shipping (only prepaid) for order amount of Rs. 500 or above in India.
2. For prepaid orders Rs. 50/- will be charged as shipping fee if the cart value is less than Rs. 500.
3. Rs. 70/- will be charged irrespective of how much amount of products you bought for in case of cash on delivery.

Cancellation

Utsamukh offers a 24 hours cancellation policy to its customers. If any customer wants to cancel her/his order, she/he has to email or call us within 24 hours post order confirmation, stating the reason for cancellation with order number.

Please note that once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Utsamukh reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation due to certain events beyond our control. In that case Utsamukh will ensure that the refund will be made in feasible time.

Exchange Policy

We exchange only damaged products. The customer shall initiate exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please make sure you have a clear unboxing video from start to end with label intact without any cut in the video.

At Utsamukh all the products go through several quality checks before the shipment. But in case of rare instance of the product gets damaged in transit, we will replace it with a new one.
