Refund Policy
Please note we don’t have any refund policy. In case of a damaged product/wrong product received we can arrange an exchange.
Any kind of minor damage that is fixable (like- Loose jumping, etc.) should be done by the customer, although we ship the product after double-checking the product, although it can take damage sometimes in transit due to rough delivery handling.
Replacement/ Exchange requests are required to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A 360″ clear opening video starting from showing the address label that you are receiving from us (without pause) is a must to claim any replacement/exchange for the product. Without the opening video, no such requests will be entertained.
