Cancellation

Utsamukh offers a 24 hours cancellation policy to its customers. If any customer wants to cancel her/his order, she/he has to email (support@utsamukh.com) or call us (+919748015888) within 24 hours post order confirmation, stating the reason for cancellation with order number.

In case of prepaid order, once the cancellation request is approved, we will initiate your monetary refund online to source bank account within 48-72 working hours.

Please note that once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Utsamukh reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation due to certain events beyond our control. In that case Utsamukh will ensure that the refund will be made in feasible time.

Exchange Policy

We exchange only damaged products. All the products go through several quality checks before the shipment. But in case of rare instance of the product gets damaged in transit, we will replace it with a new one. The customer shall initiate exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Mandatory Criteria for Exchange (Damaged product only):

• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• Please make sure you have a clear unboxing video from start to end with label intact without any cut in the video.
• Return request must be raised within 24 hours from the delivery date by either writing an email at support@utsamukh.com or can whatsapp Utsamukh on 9748015888 with the order no.
• Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Product Exchange Process

Step 1: If you receive any damaged product inform us within 24 hours of delivery. You can write an email or whatsapp us with order number & clear unboxing video from start to end with label intact without any cut in the video.

Step 2: Our team will contact you within 24 hours and if your request meets all the mandatory criteria, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the delivered product.

Step 3: Pack the product with Utsamukh’s packaging box with sealed tape so that the product does not get damaged during transit.

Step 3: Handover the package to our courier agent.

Once we receive the product we will dispatch the new one. The whole process of exchange might take 10-15 days.

Refund Policy 

Please note we don’t have any refund policy. In case of a damaged product/wrong product received we can arrange an exchange.

Any kind of minor damage that is fixable (like- Loose jumping, etc.) should be done by the customer, although we ship the product after double-checking the product, although it can take damage sometimes in transit due to rough delivery handling.
